Youssef checked all possible locations and managed to find one. He then turn the water off and most efficiently removed the old fitting and fitted a new unit. All done in a speedy fashion and cleanly.Replace a defective water stop cock

I was most grateful for his prompt response in an emergency. He quickly traced and stopped the leak. Since then he has returned to correct poor workmanship by a previous plumber.
