Michael was really helpful in reassuring me that my drains were functioning whilst removing any debris in the main waste pipe. He also helped seal an area of concern and drew my attention to an unrelated issue and its causation. I found this a very helpful experience and my knowledge of my drains has improved.

Fast and effective job

This company have wonderful customer service but they aren't ideal for things like fitting a bathroom as they operate as an emergency service they charge call-out fees to do site fees and receive a quote. When I spoke to the customer service agent she informed me that the money paid could be used towards the work carried out but if you choose another service you will lose eighty pounds just for the quote. It seems ideal for emergency plumbing but not for fitting services. Just something I wanted to make others aware of.

Dan the gas man came round and sorted our service. He was very friendly, professional and sorted it quickly. Would definitely recommend

Engineer arrived within 2 hours of call out to fix a leak on a new shower. Fixed quickly and efficiently within the one hour charged call out time. Phone communications were clear and concise and the engineer was friendly and informative whilst on site.

Testing the boiler to make  sure the gas reading was fine and replacing the co alarm!

Really helpful and proficient work; they got the parts and fixed my leaks quickly and efficiently. Lidia from the office was also really helpful in terms of co-ordinating the works  (including getting a replacement plumber when the plumber due at my place was sick). I was in very good hands and I will definitely use Rennils again !

Dealing with Rennils was so easy, my main contact through the whole thing was Jane.  If you're
lucky to deal with her it should be smooth sailing, he discussed my options and was straight talking, not trying to upsell and add unnecessary extras but will offer a range of boilers thermostats, and things for you to make up your mind.  If you have questions he was more than happy to explain.  The video survey / walk-through prior to the installation was a breeze too.  Jay who did the install was a good guy, he worked diligently ensuring it was all sorted and I was more than happy with him

I had a leak with my toilet and a broken toilet seat.  The plumber arrived on time to assess and returned a few days later with the parts and fixed it quickly (this was agreed with me as I had another toilet I could use in the meantime).  He was friendly, polite, efficient and punctual.  I would definitely recommend them to others.

An excellent job done by Baker Smith.  Very courteous and prompt.  Job was done with no problems and my cistern is working well now.  Very happy and would recommend this firm.

The plumber turned up on time was courteous from the first moment.  The problem was a leaking toilet cistern which was quickly located and repaired and the plumber also gave the toilet a quick check over to ensure all was good.  Overall a quick, efficient and tidy job would highly recommend.

I called Baker Smith and informed them of my water leak/spraying issue.  I was very worried that if the connection completely broke that the downstairs of my house would have flooded rapidly.  Baker Smith sent a plumber immediately and fitted a new joint, resolving the issue very efficiently.  They explained what they had done, logged photos and notes.  All communication was courteous from Karen in the office to Tom to Plumber.  I would use Baker Smith again in a blink of an eye.  A very professional business, great company culture.  5-star service at very competitive price.
