Flat Roof Replacement

The work was completed however the pricing and charging were not transparent.  I was not provided with a written estimate despite asking on 3 separate occasions before work started.  I was assured the best tiles would be used however materials invoices were not provided to prove the quality of materials so I am left doubting the quality of the tiles.  Hours attributed to the job could not be accounted for.

Deceitful, unreliable, unprofessional, unsafe.  Initial quote £300 escalated daily to £7500.  Started work to the wrong part of the roof (£4500).  Asked additional £3000 to deliver initial work.  Gross negligence and unsafe practices: failure to respond to safety concerns of heavy items falling off the roof within reasonable time (2 days).  Contacted Richmond emergency services.  Didn't deliver work within the agreed time.  Failed to provide proof of registration and insurance.  Professional chartered survey: structural deficiencies and poor craftmanship; advised to deny further access to property.

A section of rendering on our balcony ceiling had fallen down requiring repair. I had a solution in mind (to replace the render with wooden slats) which I thought would be a simpler, less messy fix and easier to and maintain. I had several quotes of around £2k to complete the job. When Ian came round he persuaded me that patching the render would be a better solution and would cost less than a quarter of the existing quotes. 

The roofers who did the repair were on time, courteous and did an excellent job. They also left the site tidy and clean. A good job all round. Thank you!

The roof on our 1890 home was in a really bad shape.  L&I came and showed me all of the problems, keeping me involved and informed at every stage.  Once the work began they were professional and courteous.  We had some problems along the way, such as neighbours refusing scaffolding being anywhere near their land, but Lenny worked around it and came up with a solution.  Very happy with their work.

We used LI roofing to replace one gutter and repair another.  We have come across less scrupulous roofers in the past so were wary but LI roofing were true to their word, gave us a reasonable quote and fitted us in very quickly.  Pete and Levi did a great job, worked hard, cleared the site and were polite and courteous throughout.  A great company to use.  Thank you

Marius from Castle Construction came to fix our roof . He and his team were one of the best trades persons i have come across. Very helpful , informative and went above and beyond what they needed to do for us. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. After having got a few quotes I am so glad we went his team . I have since engaged them on another project and they cleared some  garden waste for us too at no extra cost. They tided ip really well and showed us many  photos of before and after shots so we really trusted wha they had achieved with fixing the roof.

My front roof was leaking and back roof the felt was coming off.  I got four quotes and found this one the most professional, swiftly followed up by a written quote.  Marius and Greg came quite promptly and did the work over two days.  They were very neat, tidy and polite and showed me a lot of photos of before and after.  I could not fault the service and although the work was only done yesterday, I imagine it will be sound.

Doctor found some to finish the job.

Roof leak ,broken tile was replaced and several other damaged tiles replaced.
