Ken and his team did a fabulous job once again on my kitchen this time. I wanted to keep the lowers and rejig the layout and the finished job was brilliant. My once hated ,dated kitchen is now my joint favourite room in the house (bathroom being the other). I cannot recommend Ken highly enough if I ever need another new kitchen or bathroom I know exactly who to call.

Ken recently refitted our bathroom and I cannot recommend him enough!  He was friendly, knowledgable and very happy to answer any queries I had.  The work has been completed to an amazing standard and we are very happy with the final result.  Will most definitely be using KDH plumbing again.

Ken Hastings has been fitting bathrooms and kitchens in our family homes for a number of years.  And has just finished a refurbishment of two bathrooms, cloakroom and kitchen in our latest home.  The finish has always been and still is of a high standard , completed to time and without drama.  He is always available for consultation at any time during the process of renovation.

Ken and his team are brilliant.  I wasn't sure how much of an upheaval a new bathroom would be and it turned out no upheaval at all!  I cannot recommend Ken highly enough.  Everything was top notch, nothing was a problem and I was kept well informed and at the end of each day all was tidied up and left neat.  I have been left with the most fabulous bathroom.  It's a shame I only have the one bathroom so I am getting him to do my kitchen next!

Ken made a superb impression from the 1st meeting.  He was extremely helpful with his attention to detail.  Ken was always on hand prior to the job starting to help with various questions.  Ken and his team were superb throughout the job, they were on time, extremely polite and respectful of the house and above all the work carried out was brilliant. On every occasion Kai has been punctual, polite, knowledgeable, professional and tidy!  He has worked in several rooms with different issues from completely gutting out old kitchen pipework, replacing old water heaters, fixing various leaks, blocked pipes and making our kitchens more efficient.  He has also always been fairly priced and has been out to us promptly in emergency situations.  We won't be using another company now!

I called to have my sink and tap replaced in my kitchen, Kai arrived at the agreed time and was very polite.  While in the kitchen he took the time to cover all areas to prevent mess to complete the works.  Once job was finished he fully cleared the area and talked me through the job and showed me it was completed.  Perfect service

Kai has been a pleasure to work with throughout.  He was punctual, excellent workmanship and provided fair estimates which were adhered to.  His ‘can do’ attitude meant that he overcame any problems which occurred as well as getting samples and sourcing the necessary equipment.  I highly recommend Kai.

Same day call out - speedy response, very helpful and knowledgable with a tricky job (free standing bath with all fittings hidden behind bath skirt). Whole new plug then purchase and promptly fitted, re plumbed and back to full working order after thorough testing. Harry and Jack both very helpful. Will use for future work. Thanks guys!

Good quotation setting out works to be carried out.  Finished in two days, very efficient and explained how to use the thermostat.  Friendly and hard working.  L would recommend Serene Heat to my family and friends.

Fitting a new boiler

Harry and his team were amazing!  Our boiler broke down and they were very efficient!  They also provided us with 2 heaters to keep us warm overnight.  The second day he came with a new boiler early in the morning.  By evening everything was done!  Very efficient and very reliable!  Highly recommend!
