Fixing new plug and re plumbing free standing bath
Same day call out - speedy response, very helpful and knowledgable with a tricky job (free standing bath with all fittings hidden behind bath skirt). Whole new plug then purchase and promptly fitted, re plumbed and back to full working order after thorough testing. Harry and Jack both very helpful. Will use for future work. Thanks guys!

Fitting a new boiler
Good quotation setting out works to be carried out. Finished in two days, very efficient and explained how to use the thermostat. Friendly and hard working. L would recommend Serene Heat to my family and friends.

Boiler
Harry and his team were amazing! Our boiler broke down and they were very efficient! They also provided us with 2 heaters to keep us warm overnight. The second day he came with a new boiler early in the morning. By evening everything was done! Very efficient and very reliable! Highly recommend!

Faultless service all round . Harry and his team installed a complete boiler system on schedule and on budget, with no hidden surprises. We were kept informed of all works and progress at all times. Changing conventional boiler to combi.
Harry and his team did a great job fitting my new boiler. They helped me with any questions I had. Overall I would recommend serene heat. The job was very large and they completed it with efficiency to a very high standard.
