As I finished unpacking after a hit and arduous journey from Salisbury the door of my flat shut and the lock set shut. I was trapped! I called  Keytek and the responder was helpful immediately. 
Lee arrived within the expected time frame and unlocked the door, identified the problem and fixed it to prevent recurrence. Prompt  best value service - and he turned my frown upside down with his friendly good humour.

Good communication as he was able to come earlier than originally arranged. He dealt with a jammed coded door lock quickly & effectively, identifying the problem & remedying it speedily.  Very good service & highly recommended.

We were delighted. We had gone to bed the previous night having had to leave our door unlocked so was very worried. I phoned Keytek at 8am the next morning and their locksmith was with me by 9. The job was done before 10 and my door was locking smoothly again, better than ever before.

Change of Yale lock in front soor

After being contacted over the phone at the week end with an estimate cost the job was carried out on Tuesday.  The problem with my door is solved and done professionally.

The Upvc door mechanism and BS3621 cylinder were changed and it is working well.

The tradesperson did a great job as he quickly opened the locked door and adjusted the door itself.  Good job well done.

Had a problem when we went away for Christmas, then discovered daughter's key didn't work to get in to feed pets and collect grandchildren's presents.  Using a broken key he recommended a friend who could cut a key to fit, instead of the more expensive option of breaking the lock.  This all happened on Christmas eve, so thanks to Reuben and his key cutting friend the pets got cared for and santa came for the grandchildren.  What a hero!
