  Very upset at loss of keys in our stolen car but young man who attended could not have been better in his attitude and attending to the work involved.

  Needed a lock repair / key removed from a lock

  Called to try and get a grasp of pricing and how the call out works and ended up speaking to a lady who just patronised me and was frankly rude. Terrible telephone manor. If calls are 'monitored for training and quality purposes' I suggest you listen back to it and give her a belter of a training session. I know this isn't a large sum on money to part with but you just lost my business and it just didnt need to be like this!
