We used CLAA some years ago now and have nothing but praise for the high quality of service we have received from them. One or two unpredictable minor faults have occurred during the years and building works have required moving a couple of the sensors but on those occasions they have always been prompt, courteous, thorough and efficient no matter who of their technicians attends.

My initial call to CLAA was answered by a very helpful and polite lady who was able to answer all my questions to determine what I may need and get me booked in for a visit from Scott to get a more accurate quote for an alarm system.  Scott is extremely easy to talk to and very open and honest about what is available within my budget.  I was lucky enough to get my system installed within a few days.  2 technicians turned up so the job was done in half the time.  Excellent custom product, with a clean and tidy install.The guys were not in a rush and had plenty of time to explain the system.Perfect

Dave promptly visited within a few days for gates which hadn’t been working for a week.  He located and fixed the issue and further identified a major health and safety concern in the safety edges, which he fixed within a short timeframe given my concerns, including young children in the residential area.  He explains things in understandable language and remains friendly and professional.  Quality workmanship, clean and tidy.  I am confident to use Dave as our gate engineer going forwards, and am happy to recommend him to others.

Dave was really helpful in coming out very quickly to attempt to repair our barrier, and then very swiftly ordered and fitted the required replacement.  We would certainly use him again.  Brilliant service.

Dave at DM Automation has now successfully undertaken three callouts for us.  He has serviced the gates, and he has got the electric gates working again when we had a couple of different system problems during the year.  He was prompt in responding to and fixing the problems, worked in extremely cold weather and left everything in good working order.  Would definitely use him again and I would highly recommend him.

House alarm went off early Saturday morning, disturbing all around us.  Despite having to organise à children’s party, James came round in under an hour and resolved the situation, giving advice about future maintenance.  He was very efficient and helpful.
