Small extension to rear,

Harry did a great job laying a new patio for us in our back garden.  The job was done to a great standard and was left very tidy afterwards!  Would highly recommend.

Harrison was quick to come over and provide us with a quote which was recived in good time after Harrison attended our property.  Harrison attended on the day only to dispute his own quote so I read him and showed him the quote on my phone to which he then said oh if that's what I said that's fine.  So I said so will that be OK then and he replied yes.  Harrison informed me that he would measure for materials and go and get them and come back.  Left without saying goodbye and never returned or responded to message asking of he was coming back.  Waste of time.

Harrison has just finished building us a new patio.  The job entailed removing the existing decking and replacing with a raised patio.  I was delighted with all aspects of my dealings with Harrison.  Good communication throughout, did what he said he would, a fair price and a high quality end product.  I would definitely use his services again and would happily recommend to others.  Thank you

Harrison has done an amazing job installing a Sky light and carrying out roof repairs.  The job was completed within the agreed time frame and expertly done.  He was able to answer all my questions and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process which not all tradesman do

I submitted the job of rotten joists and floor boards in my living room and Harrison was round the next day assessing the job.  He is very skilled and knowledgeable, he sent constant updates and photos as I wasn’t able to be there.  He replaced the joists and floor boards across the whole area within 2 days.  He is very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Mark came out to us within a couple of days of contact.  He priced the job up rapidly and sent us the quote.  Upon receipt we were happy with the figures and instructed Mark and his team to carry the work out.   I cant speak highly enough of the guys who did the work for us.  Pleasant courteous fellas who showed up promptly everyday and put a full days graft in repeatedly until the job was done.   The work itself was to a very good standard with no problems of which we are extremely satisfied with.   Will be using in the future and would highly recommend.

I had a lot of work done converting the utility room so it didn't feel like an outhouse and replastering the kitchen/diner along with removing the fireplace to create more space.  Selman was great throughout , I would recommend.

Selman and his team completed the remodelling of our kitchen this autumn.  He gave us a date he would start and an eta for finishing which he stuck to.  From start to finish Selman kept us up to date with what would happen when, was extremely courteous, polite and tidy and managed a large team of tradesmen very effectively.  There was minor snagging but this was to be expected and was dealt with really well and the team managed issues caused by the kitchen supplier well too.  We are really happy with our new kitchen and haven’t hesitated to recommend him to others.

Have used Selman in the past and he is always my go to for any work on the house.  He has done an excellent job on my utility roof which was leaking and needed replacing.  He is a lovely person, very reliable and trustworthy. I wanted a source of natural light fitted to my enclosed bathroom and a sun tunnel was the answer for me.  This is not a major project but JLR were courteous and professional throughout the process, from quote to fitting.  Selman was timely and efficient in his work and the job was completed to a very high standard.  I was more than happy with the outcome and thoroughly recommend this company based on my experience.
