Good communication, let me know that he would be a little later than original time, but came before expected time. Assessed the work and knew exactly what needed doing, got straight to it and completed the job without any mess. Harrison was polite and curtious and let me know that they were able to do all sorts around the house, he also charged me less than was quoted.
