Paul replied within a minute of posting the job and arranged a visit.  The fault was a pain to locate but he narrowed down where it was and returned the following week when we knew the exact location and disconnected the short.  Paul provided great advice and went the extra mile.

Paul was quick to respond to my initial query.  Communication was good throughout.  Paul was friendly and professional and his work at replacing three high up outside security lights was neat, tidy and to a high standard.  Paul quoted a good price and when any issues/glitches were found ie snow and ice he found a work-around to ensure the job was done, explaining everything very well.  He is super efficient and takes pride in his work ensuring attention to detail.  Paul also replaced and added new plug sockets on the spot!  I would definitely use Paul again and would highly recommend him to others.

We need an induction hob installing (which we'd purchased separately), which required new wiring.  Mike from Smartech Elec was quickly in touch via WhatsApp after I submitted my job request on Checkatrade and we were able to quickly confirm the details of the work needed.  I was given a couple of options for extending my existing consumer unit or replace it, which I appreciated.  Mike was very punctual, friendly and the work was completed a high standard

The twins Dan and John have been the most experienced and professional electricians I've come across in a long time.  They took the time to listen to the electrical issues I had in my new commercial property and spent ages figuring things out and fixing them.  They even cleaned up and left the working space immaculate.  I plan to use them for my home too.  I'd highly recommend them.
