• Shower fitting for my mum

  Micheal came to look at my mums electrics after she had been treated quite poorly by some others and he (Micheal) was just awesome. He has superb knowledge, very friendly , open and honest which is what I wanted in someone. He sorted out the issue which was the electric shower and organised with my mum the replacement and fitting. Job well done and highly recommend.

• Urgent Electrical Installation Condition Report

  We were selling our house and there was no recent safety information on houses electrical installations. This gave our buyers concern, which was very concerning for ourselves. I placed an advert on this website and received messages about the job the same evening. The engineer Mike was able to move some bits around to do the test the next day around my work from home schedule. Mike was quick, clean and friendly, the Invoice and payment was clear and straightforward. I was given warning the report may not be quick. The report was received the next day! Very happy with service.

• Upgrading electrics after moving into new house

  I recently moved into a new house. Some of the electrics looked a bit dodgy, so I wanted to get it checked. Smartech Elec did a safety check (EICR) and replaced my old plastic consumer units with modern metal ones. I wish I could attach a photo because my electrical cabinet looks so much better now. It was a tangled mess of wires before, but now it's really neat. They also investigated several ethernet sockets that weren't working and fixed them. Smartech Elec are incredibly knowledgeable, not just about traditional electrics but also about computer networking. They did really great work.

• Extractor Fan

  Mike did an excellent job fixing our extractor fan. Responded quickly to the job and when he saw our fan was actually venting into our loft and not out the house he fixed that for us too. Would definitely recommend

  Mike did an excellent job. I enquired and had a reply within minutes. He managed to fit me in for the very next day. He was efficient and worked quickly! Super happy with the work, my extractor fan now works!!
