Clayton Building Contractors have been established for 30 years.
We are a family business and pride ourselves in our motto "A clean job is a happy job".
We work hands on and do not take on more than two reasonably sized jobs at a time so as to be able to give a reliable and personal service. Thus enabling us to personally project manage each job and always be available for the customer’s needs.
We carry out every aspect of Building Work. From Extensions and Conservatories- Loft conversions- Refurbishments- General repairs.
Our Architects and Structural Engineers have worked with us for several years enabling us to give a full design and build service.
Previous Works include:
- Renovation of a large Mansion in Ditchling
- Conversion of 15 flats in Kemptown and a large Barn conversion in Pidinghoe near Lewes which has featured in Period Living and Traditional Homes Magazine and also in BBC Good Homes Magazine
- Structural Works - We carry out all internal Structural works, such as through lounges/ dividing walls and Chimney breast removal.
