    Great job

    I picked MCO Building Contractors because they provided the most thorough quotation. The work was initially for a kitchen refurbishment including repair of damp walls, and a flat roof repair, but turned out to be a much larger job, involving the removal and replacement of a dilapidated flat roof, and damp and deteriorating parts of the walls. MCO were great throughout the whole process; they kept me informed, offered choices, did the work efficiently, professionally and well, explained any delays, contracted other reliable professionals, were friendly and polite, and cleaned up afterwards.

    Re-rendering, window replacement, partition wall, decoration.

    Can’t fault the MCO team. All works done to great quality and to programme. Some additional works were required during the main contract. I was given a number of options and all done to plan. Communication great throughout. Would highly recommend.
