Renovating a property. It was essential that we completed the bathroom quickly so that we could actually move in. Perfect Renovations were able to start almost immediately after we contracted them.

They replumbed the bathroom (and other parts of the Central Heating too) and replaced the floor I'd removed and boarded the walls and plastered where necessary before tiling and doing a second fix on the plumbing in the bathroom itself.

They were polite, friendly and flexible from day one and attentive during the whole project and have also dealt with any very minor teething issues straight away.

Very respectful and understanding.  Managed to work quickly but kept the place tidy and communicated and necessary changes professionally.I would highly recommend to anyone and I will be using his services again as he has proved very capable of carrying out a range of tasks.

We hired George and his dad to lower the ground levels surrounding our flat due to incoming rain water.  From the beginning, communication was very clear and always responsive!  They arrived on time and worked all day to get the job done.  It was hard work digging up concrete but they worked tirelessly!  I would definitely recommend George and his dad to anyone.  They are friendly, hard working and good value compared with competitors!  A great job!

Bathroom complete refurbish

Very happy with Armand’s quality of work, very professional and tiling and other fittings were done to perfection.  Our basin didn’t come with fittings which was a manufacturer error and to order them would mean delays to the project but Armand found a way to sort out and managed to sort out the issue.  We are very pleased with his work, very polite and tidy person.  I would highly recommend him and his quotation was far more competitive than others.

Cloakroom refurbishment

Armend was very professional and did a great job tiling my kitchen floor.   He keeps the surrounding areas tidy and clean and organises well.  He took the extra effort to scrape off adhesives from previous tiles taken off so the new tiles could look even.   He knows what he’s doing and is good at understanding requests from us.  We had natural stone tiles in an Opus pattern which is not so straight forward as usual tiles.  He did exactly as what we wanted and went beyond.   The tiles were so beautifully done and I love the new look absolutely.
