    Replacement of 2 and a half kitchen floor tiles

    I required 2 and a half cracked floor tiles in my kitchen replaced. Black grouting was required. Samuel arrived on time and did the job to perfection. The new tile was a long one that needed to be cut in 3 pieces. He measured everything out perfectly and the finished work looks wonderful. The only small snag was the fact that whilst replacing the half tile, he did inadvertently crack the tile next to it. However, he used white grout (supplied by me) to fill the crack. You can't tell at all and hopefully the crack won't show up down the line.

    Beautiful tile work for your home

    I asked him for installing the kitchen wall tile after seeing his beautiful work in my neighbour’s home. Today, I am really pleased with his work in my kitchen, he and his son had a great job. They were very efficient; arrived my home in the morning as planned and the entire work was completed before lunch (around 4hrs) I definitely recommend him for my other neighbours or friends.

I have been a professional Tiler since year 2000 after I graduated from Tiling Professional Institute and obtained my diploma in Spain. And also in year 2012 I obtained my NVQ level 2 in the UK which means over 20 years of experience both Spain and UK. Aside all l have a degree in Psychology and postgraduate diploma on mental health which means I am very good in terms of customer relations. Problem solving and understanding the customer’s point of view is paramount. Quality and fastness is superb.
