Mark was very helpful and was able to complete the work quickly and professionally.  My oven is back to working normally.  He was also able to carry out a small repair to my fridge freezer at the same time.  I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Buttons on the washing machine needed replacing

Absolutely fantastic!  Mark came to look at the oven and in inspection said it was the motor that was working and that’s why the element had gone and possibly had gone in the past not so long ago.  He also replaced the bulb where other engineers had failed and said they couldn’t get access.  His communication was excellent.  His cleanliness was excellent and fantastic value for money !  Would hire him again in a heartbeat to look any other appliances that break.  Highly recommend him.  Thanks Mark excellent job.

Washing machine getting fixed

Sadly wasn't possible to repair the dryer, and we had to replace it in the end. However, Homecare were fantastic throughout. They arranged for parts to be delivered and engineer callouts promptly, and before the Xmas holidays. Unfortunately, when the repair turned out to be unsuccessful, they arranged a same-day refund for the parts. Couldn't be happier, and will definitely use again. 

Tumble dryer repair. 

The engineer was professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to the highest standards.

A litany of misery dealing with this company.  Absolutely nmot recommended.

Faulty dishwasher

The first caller charged us for a part he assumed was the issue and promised to return to fix it in, he said, 'a few days'.  It took two weeks.  When he came he didn't have the right clips on his van: another visit, in another two weeks.  The third time, he fixed on the part and left without testing the machine: it didn't fix the issue.  The fourth and final caller came to remove the part replaced earlier; in doing so, he stripped the heads of the screws fixing the door to the dishwasher (it's integrated), meaning the door won't attach.  It's still not fixed, and I've told them not to bother.

Washing machine call out

Our Beko integrated washer dryer would not turn on.  WDIX7523000 model.  The washing machine has been great.  Only four years old.  A circuit board had gone, they can't identify which one of three and are now designed so can't be repaired in situ.  Three new ones- cost £700.  Christopher said in advance we'd choose to only pay the £35 call out, not for the repair as it is uneconomic.  Quick work, good explanation, helpful advice given.  I didn't expect the boss of the company to come out himself and I highly recommend Hanson Domestic Appliance Repair.  It took a few days to fit us in, excellent service.

Installation of washing machine

Contacted Chris yesterday, he came out today.  Communication was great, and the work was carried out great too.  Issue was found in less than 5 minutes, and Chris was able to sort the issue there and then.  He explained the issue for us and how he would fix it before doing the work, then completed it quickly and professionally with no bother at all.

Originally a washing machine repair, turned into electrical issue in the socket.

No problem with this company at all.  The lad came to look at the cooker and said by the time we'd bought the parts needed, that it would be cheaper to get a new cooker.  We agreed and he called a few days later with the new cooker and it was installed without a problem - well recommended
