  Absolutely fantastic! Mark came to look at the oven and in inspection said it was the motor that was working and that’s why the element had gone and possibly had gone in the past not so long ago. He also replaced the bulb where other engineers had failed and said they couldn’t get access. His communication was excellent. His cleanliness was excellent and fantastic value for money ! Would hire him again in a heartbeat to look any other appliances that break. Highly recommend him. Thanks Mark excellent job.
