Faulty cistern

The plumber turned up on time was courteous from the first moment.  The problem was a leaking toilet cistern which was quickly located and repaired and the plumber also gave the toilet a quick check over to ensure all was good.  Overall a quick, efficient and tidy job would highly recommend.

I called Baker Smith and informed them of my water leak/spraying issue.  I was very worried that if the connection completely broke that the downstairs of my house would have flooded rapidly.  Baker Smith sent a plumber immediately and fitted a new joint, resolving the issue very efficiently.  They explained what they had done, logged photos and notes.  All communication was courteous from Karen in the office to Tom to Plumber.  I would use Baker Smith again in a blink of an eye.  A very professional business, great company culture.  5-star service at very competitive price.

A Hardy Plumbing & Heating

I had a leak under the flooring, near the water tank, Adam diagnosed the issue quickly and came up with an excellent cost effective solution of replacing the pipework entirely above ground, while switching off the old pipework under ground.  This avoided ripping up the floor, which would've been messier and more costly to resolve.   Job was done neatly and to a high quality standard, at a reasonable price.

Fixed a leak under the flooring caused by a dislodged 'push fit' piece of piping.  .

Very pleased with quality of service.  Adam is very easy to talk to, has great standard of work and worked to teh agreed quote.  He will explain the work undertaken and give tips on future use.  Feel like he is someone I can rely on and would use again.

Toilet 'Innards' Replaced Quickly And Efficiently

After having the issue misdiagnosed we looked for an alternative plumber to come fix the issue and Josh was extremely knowledgeable gave two options and a possibility of further works that may of needed to take place so we wasn’t blindsided by any further costs which we highly appreciated and thankfully it didn’t come to that. 6 Bar Pressure Relief Valave

Josh fitted a shower enclosure and shower for me.  His communication and quality of work was excellent.  We had an issue with one of our pipes but Josh sorted it with minimum fuss and came back a few days later and finished everything.  Quality of work was very high at a reasonable price and I would definitely recommend him.

Had an issue with our underfloor heating.  Checked with Checkatrade for local engineers within my area and Josh and JPR Plumbing and Gas Services Ltd came up as local.  I called the number and he was able to visit within the hour.  He investigated all he could to rectify the issue and replaced a few parts that may have helped.  Josh was confident, reassuring and was helpful in dealing with my problem.
