My roof was left a mess with cement marks leaving streaks down my red tiles. After pointing each tile the tiles were not wiped smoothed and left clean. There was rubble in my guttering and left all over my drive and in my back garden. My black guttering has white cement powder streaks left on the outside, which I am unable to reach to wipe clean. A hole was left which I held back payment until it was sorted. I told them about the mess of the tiles but they weren't interested. Suggested I ask my window cleaner if he could wipe over my guttering. All my neighbours thought it was shoddy work.

Ben initially visited to view a problem with a damp wall and quote to remedy.  Initial quote was to remove all tiles, batons and felt and then replace, keeping existing tiles.  Once felt was removed this "problem" grew to involve repairs to trusses and a substantial increase in cost.  At all points I had asked to keep the tiles, but, without approval, they were replaced with new, apparently because the old were mostly broken.  No proof was provided of this.  More cost.  Not only was the garden left untidy, but someone left evidence behind the extension that they'd been caught short.  Not pleasant!

The work was carried out within two days instead of one as quoted due to issues with our drive ways soak away not coping with the excessive water needed to clean the drive.  Jim and his crew carried out the job effectively I would recommend them

Blockpaving driveway cleaned

Very polite guys and worked well.  Job seemed to be done well although found few problems after which probably explains the fact I never got my quotes for further work.  Seems like I will have a drainage issue as existing drains been blocked up.  My extension lead and water pipe leads both have cuts in them and my bin and plastic garden waste carrier both been used for cement.  Maybe small issues but additional costs for me.  Without my knowledge some of my equipment was used.  On the plus side everything was cleared up and left reasonably tidy.  Would recommend but only if you keep a watchful eye
