Lee at Crown construction was very efficient, he did exactly as he said he would.  His pricing was very fair and was always at the end of the phone.  Can’t recommend him and his team any more!

Lee and his team have to be one of the best building firms around.  I was let down very badly by a builder who left the job (ground floor alterations/loft conversion for my mum - then 97 - and us) for a new job for more money.  We were left stranded for two months until we heard of Lee.  Lee does “all it says on the tin”.  He and his talented team always turn up as agreed, keep you posted on everything, fulfill the agreed work to a high standard within the agreed timeframe/budget, and he always calls back.  What more can one ask? Lee is also a really nice guy.  Highly recommended.

Loft conversion and ground floor works

Lee and his team worked on a complete remodel of the downstairs of our house.  The finished result is excellent this took time but Lee and his team strive to deliver a good quality finish and sometime this takes time but it was worth it.  Lee had an open and honest approach when working with us and was fair and transparent on pricing.  Lee is easy to deal with and we felt comfortable raising issues or asking for changes.  Overall if I ever did this kind of work again I would use Crown Construction.

Large Extension/Re-Model

Lee and his team were fantastic - they converted our garage into open plan kitchen/dinning, built and installed 2 ensuites and rewired most of the house.  Communication was excellent, they really tried to keep disruption to a minimum and were great at making suggestions of things we hadn't thought about and ways to improve the build.  I have no hesitations recommending them and would absolutely use them again in the future!

I reached out to Duran for a quote after a slow leak in the toilet of my let property damaged the sub floor. Duran sent me a quote the next day. I had asked a couple of builders for quotes, they took longer or didn't get back! I decided to go with Duran as his was the most reasonably priced quote. Others had quoted a lot more and were going to use cheaper material (chipboard) instead of waterproof plywood which is what Duran used. The job was completely to a high standard with a really good finish. Great communication throughout. Highly recommend! I will definitely be using company again.

Duran is a very talented builder who is very passionate about his job and it shows.  He’s not only talented but skilled at what he does.  He’s also very kind and did things like fitting a solar light to surprise me.  A lovely act which meant my shed is brightly lit at night.  This was not in the quote.  I will recommend him a a thousand times over.  I am extremely happy with the job!
