Duran was incredibly helpful in resolving a major water leak in our home, which caused damage from the top floor down to the ground floor. He was the only builder who diagnosed the root cause within minutes. His work across multiple floors was swift and efficient. He also offered great advice on our bathroom makeover—I’d never heard of shower panels before and was relieved not to worry about grout anymore! Duran was reliable, turning up on short notice to clarify details or help with large kerbside deliveries. His professionalism gave us peace of mind throughout.
