Damp Survey, DPC applied plus treatment

Great job.  Had damp in most rooms in our bungalow.  Got Steve out for some advice.  Quick to come out to look at ghe problem and quick to get the issues sorted for us.  Removed bricks to clean cavities and install air vents.  Installed trickle vents on all windows.  Removed some stone that was breaching damp course at the front.  Great lads.  We're very pleased with the service, price and quality of the jobs carried out..

Damp Survey

Ste and the lads did a great job.  I had a small amount of damp in the corner of my house, after investigation by ste it was determined the cavity was blocked.  The lads knocked a few bricks out, cleaned the cavity and removed large chunks of mortar, then installed 2 new air bricks.  Great work.  Highly recommended.

Damp / Render issue

I am disappointed in the job itself and the after care .  I’ve thought long and hard on this as this is my first review with negative feedback.  No one came prior to look at damp in kitchen ( photos were sent ) .  The job was done blind I now think and there’s no aftercare to see if worked 
The person left the product he used and asked me to throw away which I was fine with.  I read all the directions on this product.  And they aren’t followed from what I’ve seen .  My Dsmp wasn’t solved and.I will raise job again, 
The product costs 23£ from screwfix x 2.  I feel very let down

Can't praise the work undertaken so much.  From the initial prompt on site attendance to investigate, the diagnosis, the method to resolve and finally undertake the work was first class.  The plasterer was brilliant.  Prompt on each day's visit, polite and respected the property.  The work was first class and cleaned up after each day's work session.  Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Fantastic service received by Mr Stuart.  I had a damp survey carried out on my property earlier this week.  Received in the post a few days later. Lucas came to do damp survey at my house, very honest a professional, took moisture readings and explained where is coming from.

I gave this company a ring to try and arrange a damp survey.  They advertise "Free survey or visit".  Upon ringing I was told a survey would be £150.  The gentleman I spoke to was also quite rude and unprofessional.

Roof was completely damp proofed to a very high standard and the the work place was left tidy and clean afterowds.

We were convinced we required a new damp course.  Lukasz came, checked with his sophisticated equipment and informed us, we don’t have damp, it’s condensation.  Where many would have no doubt carried out unnecessary work with high charges he gave advice as to why we were suffering from condensation - furniture too close to outside walls.  I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Having found evidence of what I thought was damp I requested investigation.  I was very worried about all the stories you hear of "cowboy traders there to rip you off."
I could not have been happier when I was informed that there was no damp just condensation, and advised as to how to rectify this problem.  I would definitely recommend BKM for their honest and reassuring approach.
