  Dry rot

  Dylan and his team have just finished work on our house which had a severe case of dry rot infestation. He did a thorough investigation and determined the extent of the spread. As it was quite a big job, he talked us through the whole process and kept us frequently updated with the process through meeting in person, calls, and with whatsapp photos. Dylan also managed to accommodate our additional requests which saved us the trouble of finding more trustworthy tradesmen, and advised us on how to keep the house in good shape and prevent the dry rot from coming back. We are very grateful!

  Damp Proofing and Plastering

  The two lovely young men who carried out our work were absolutely first class. I really can’t recommend them enough. They were always on time, worked really hard, kept me up to date of everything they were doing the the quality of their work was exceptional. I feel very lucky to have found such a professional outfit to complete the work tidily and in a very timely manner.

  Damp Proofing throughout Ground Floor

  I recently Dylan undertake work ant my property. From start to finish they were exceptionally professional and Dylan communicated clearly throughout the process. The lads were extremely friendly and kept everything tidy. They truly went above and beyond to address my damp issues. I highly recommend them for anyone needing damp proofing work; their attention to detail and commitment to quality is impressive.

  Black mould on bedroom wall

  As I have given DCDC full marks for all the questions above I think that says it all. The job was done very efficiently very little mess, all rubbish was taken away. Prior to starting the job protective covering was placed on stair carpet. Very polite and hard working. Would definitely recommend.

  DC Damp & Construction company gave an excellent service. They always arrived when expected and were always on time. The work carried out was excellent and they were clean & tidy I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed.
