Michael was really helpful in reassuring me that my drains were functioning whilst removing any debris in the main waste pipe. He also helped seal an area of concern and drew my attention to an unrelated issue and its causation. I found this a very helpful experience and my knowledge of my drains has improved.

Fast and effective job

This company have wonderful customer service but they aren't ideal for things like fitting a bathroom as they operate as an emergency service they charge call-out fees to do site fees and receive a quote. When I spoke to the customer service agent she informed me that the money paid could be used towards the work carried out but if you choose another service you will lose eighty pounds just for the quote. It seems ideal for emergency plumbing but not for fitting services. Just something I wanted to make others aware of.

Great for an emergency service but not for general labour work

Dan the gas man came round and sorted our service. He was very friendly, professional and sorted it quickly. Would definitely recommend

Engineer arrived within 2 hours of call out to fix a leak on a new shower. Fixed quickly and efficiently within the one hour charged call out time. Phone communications were clear and concise and the engineer was friendly and informative whilst on site.

Really helpful and proficient work; they got the parts and fixed my leaks quickly and efficiently. Lidia from the office was also really helpful in terms of co-ordinating the works  (including getting a replacement plumber when the plumber due at my place was sick). I was in very good hands and I will definitely use Rennils again !

Dealing with Rennils was so easy, my main contact through the whole thing was Jane.  If you're
lucky to deal with her it should be smooth sailing, he discussed my options and was straight talking, not trying to upsell and add unnecessary extras but will offer a range of boilers thermostats, and things for you to make up your mind.  If you have questions he was more than happy to explain.  The video survey / walk-through prior to the installation was a breeze too.  Jay who did the install was a good guy, he worked diligently ensuring it was all sorted and I was more than happy with him

On the day they arrived when they said they would, confirmed the repair, went and got the spare parts and returned to complete the job promptly.  They were polite and professional throughout. A new bathtub and clearing a blockage

Pani was very quick and responsive from my initial enquiry and throughout.  His communication was good and clear.  He temporarily resolved the issue for us whilst he ordered a replacement part, and returned within a couple of days to complete the job.  Very happy and will definitely contact Pani in future and would recommend his service to others.

I phoned Pani late Sunday evening due to a leaking pipe buried in wall causing saturation.  Pani kindly rearranged his works for the next day so he could attend as a matter of urgency.  He attended at the agreed time and repaired the pipe and left the work area spotless following having to cut the wall back.  He was communicative and courteous and his costs were very reasonable for the time he spend on the repair.  I would have no hesitation in recommending him or using him again for his services.
