Avoid like the plague - overpriced and unreliable
Terrible work, I've had them come for two different jobs and both times they had to come back to fix the job they worked on because it either wasn't fixed or they ended up breaking something else. Work Not Fit for Purpose
I am a retired chartered surveyor and chartered builder. This company charged £900 to replace the broken concealed plastic toilet cistern in our home toilet. The new cistern was smaller in size, and used only 3 inches of cistern water per flush. It was inadequate, and always failed to flush effectively. I contacted them afresh and ask them to replace the cistern for a new payment. They initially accepted, but on receiving further details they realised they were fixing their own work, declined the job without further comment, and blocked further online communication.
