  Check over bath and overflow pipe for leak. Sort out filter for bathroom tap and fix seal to shower

  Rebecca was my first point of contact. She explained everything to me thoroughly and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Ross was the engineer. He arrived early which was much appreciated. He explained what was wrong and what needed doing. He worked quickly and cleanly and explained how the new timer worked and he set the times for me. He wasn’t even bothered about my three dogs. Very happy with the service. Recommended.

  Charlie arrived on time. During the work being carried out other problems came to light, these were discussed with me and I agreed to ha ve them fixed.I found Charlie very friendly ,knowageable,and professtional at all times. Samantha the co-ordinator was also likewise. Both extremly very easy for me to get along with dispite the other problems that came up. (the cost was more than 1st quoted.due to hidden problems EXPLAINED to me). THANKYOU Neil.

  Blocked drain

  The guys that helped with this problem ( Greg , Matthew , Paul and mark) were all fantastic, they realised we had a collapsed drain and solved the problem without having to dig up my kitchen and garden . They diverted the waste to another drain which saved us a lot of hassle . Once this was done they were brilliant in cleaning up and making good the mess of our new home, We even got them to fit a shower downstairs for us and the work was great this was mostly mark who worked tirelessly every day , he didn’t stop great blokes and would recommend.
