Scott and Sons excavated and worked on the construction of a swimming pool in our garden along with an extensive patio and brick wall construction.  The work was carried out during the past 3 months in some very challenging weather conditions but they turned up every day and worked extremely hard everyday.  They were clean, tidy and courteous.  I would definitely recommend this company.

Amazing Patio

We got scott and sons builders in to finish renovation work on our house after having a really bad experience with some other builders- lee gave us a very fair quote and more than made up for it with his fantastic service and eye for detail, I felt in very safe hands as he was a hard worker, proactive, communicative and knew what he was doing.   I cant recommend scott and sons builders enough, they turned and incredibly stressful and complicated project around, with a fantastic finish on our house- sorting out problems we didn’t even know we had

Finish renovations on house

We asked for Lee's advice with a damp problem we had in our kitchen that needed quick resolution and he suggested and executed an efficient solution to this.  We also had lee renovate an outdoor area of our property, break up and remove a large concrete path and lay patio stones.  He also identified issues with our current drains, fixed and redirected guttering away from problem areas.  We will use Lee and his team again

After unnecessary delays at the planning stage Tony Dauti and his whole team were a delight to work with and were both hardworking and professional.  They were respectful of the property and Tony was able to offer invaluable advice when needed along the way.  We were consulted on any decisions and the build, as Tony's itemised quote specified, came in on budget and on time.  He was able to source particular doors and flooring for us and made what is undoubtedly an upheaval as easy as possible.  We would not hesitate to recommend him.

We were quite concerned going into the project as it was our first time doing major home improvements and my wife was 7 months pregnant at the start. I had Michael and his team in to do a complete renovation of my downstairs, including a installation of a new kitchen, knocking though a load bearing wall and new fitting new flooring (and underfloor heating) throughout. Michael and his team were great, always on time and good with any communication. The finished job looks great I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to do renovations.

The work carried out is of high quality, and when an issue was identified after completion, Michael was more than happy to make arrangements to attend and rectify. Having completely renovated the outside of our home, Homeworkz also suggested laying some decking on a veranda space to finish off the look.  So pleased we went with their suggestion and couldn’t be happier with the result.

They suggested some changes which we had not considered before and the outcome was brilliant.  Couldn’t be happier. Making a driveway

A superb large first floor extension completed over a five month period with both the challenge of winter and the pandemic to contend with.  We are absolutely delighted with the finished outcome and the quality of the work.  From the very beginning Mick and Tony brought us great ideas and advice and they were helpful throughout as the project evolved.  As well as building and plastering, together with electrical work, they also installed our new kitchen and made over the garden with a new patio and turf.  Mick and Tony were recommended to us and we wouldn't hesitate recommending them to others.

Roofing repair

Removed the bathroom fittings and toilet, then removed and replaced all rotten flooring in a 1970 bungalow.  Replaced the flooring and new toilet and neatly boxed new pipework in, in all a prompt and tidy job.  Also turned up when he said he would !

Very happy with our new bathroom.  All the work, tiling, fitting and finish was completed to a high standard with an attention to detail that showed that James and Andy take pride in their work and don't cut any corners.  A couple of changes that I raised once the job had started were also accommodated without issue.  I was kept informed throughout and communication was excellent.  I wouldn't hesitate to use J&N again in the future.

What a fantastic experience.  James and his team have turned a dysfunctional bungalow into a completely different space we can now call home.  From demolition, extensions, roofing, refit, bathrooms, kitchens, tiling, windows, bi folds, he has taken on the whole job from start to finish.  James and his workers attention to detail is something to be admired and I cannot fault the work they have done.  Everything explained and on budget.
