T D Precision Build - an exceptional team

We had an outstanding experience working with Tony and his team on our loft conversion project. From day one, the team was exceptionally reliable and hard-working. They completed our project in a timely fashion and brought creative design ideas to the table, such as building bespoke wardrobes to maximize our new space. The regular progress meetings kept everything on track and completely stress-free. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend Tony and his team!

  Excellent Local Building Company

TD Precision did a complete refurbishment plus new kitchen extension, side extension, garden office, and landscaping. They were a pleasure to work with. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

A team you can trust throughout with high quality workmanship

Finding reliable and trustworthy contractors is no mean feat but Tony and his team were exceptional. We had a number of different jobs done including an extension and new roof and delighted with everything. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommend.

We had our old conservatory dismantled and a new single storey extension to replace it.

After unnecessary delays at the planning stage Tony Dauti and his whole team were a delight to work with and were both hardworking and professional. They were respectful of the property and Tony was able to offer invaluable advice when needed along the way. We were consulted on any decisions and the build, as Tony's itemised quote specified, came in on budget and on time. He was able to source particular doors and flooring for us and made what is undoubtedly an upheaval as easy as possible. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

Loft conversion, ground floor extension, side extension

I am an ARB registered architect and Tony and his team have delivered more than 20 projects for my clients across Richmond and Elmbridge, from loft extensions, to rear extensions and full house conversions. The quality of his work is excellent, he is competitively priced and his team are considerate and attentive. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others
