Repaired water damage at front of garage roof and stripped old roof. 
Recovered roof and replaced old guttering with new. They worked very well and cleared all rubbish and took it away. He was polite and friendly and kept us informed about work he was doing. We are very pleased with finished garage roof. We would recommend to family and friends and will use them again.

We were kept fully informed throughout the project.  Jo (the owner) was easily contacted by phone and WhatsApp.  His team worked well- and tidied up every evening.  Jo was professional, polite and explained each phase.  A big job completed to our satisfaction

New Roof

Joe was very prompt in responding to our request for a quote and his price was reasonable.  On the day, further issues with our roof were identified quite early but Joe and the team were able to carry out the additional work on the same day to make our loft bird-free and rain-free.  Would definitely recommend and use again!

Soffit and fascia replacement

Absolutely excellent service.  We went from quote to work completed in really good time.  The final amount was slightly more than the original quote but we were kept informed as soon as they knew it would go up and the total still represented fantastic value for money.  The team were polite, professional and really tidy.  The roof looks fantastic (we needed new tiles, new felt, some new batons and a section of flat roof felt replaced too) and we are now weather proof!  We would definitely recommend them.

Contacted in Feb on strength of reviews here on behalf of my dad who lives alone and has dementia.  Quoted for 2 days work which was completed on time.  Not being close by, I'd requested lots of during and after pics.  Disappointed to only get 1 during pic, so don't have a good record evidencing the repair works themselves which is important as I handle my dad's finances.  All other communication was very good though.  Repairs look good and has guaranteed work for 15yrs so hope it stands test of time.  Off his own back, Joe donated part of the fee to the Alzheimer's society which was very commendable.

From start to end I had excellent customer service from Anglian. A salesman came on time to discuss my needs. Not long after the surveyor came to measure up & order what I wanted ie style & colour of doors & glass design along with the style of door furniture. 
Later I was given an installation date but I was able to have this done earlier due to a cancellation. After my installation had been completed & on the same day someone came to inspect the work & found something needed to be finished which was later fixed. I’m thrilled with everything especially the beautiful quality of the product!!
