    High quality fitting of the door and excellent product.

    I recently had new door installed and I am very pleased with it . The whole process from the salesman explaining the different options and prices to the installation went very smoothly. I was able to pay a deposit in January and choose the installation date later in July, giving me a chance to budget for it. I live in an old terraced house and I feared fitting the door might be a problem with an uneven front doorstep but the door fitters (Jake and Reilly) knew exactly what they were doing and were very professional. They did a fantastic job as can be seen in the before and after photos.

    After Service is Appauling - Problem for almost 1 year

    After a few weeks cottage door bar came loose, had clearly not been stuck to the glass, fresh air underneath it. Engineer was called and put some tape on. 8 months later the door bar came away, hanging from the door. Engineer said it hadn't been stuck down with enough tape (same engineer) and a piece of plastic was broken and needed replacing, and he would order it. Never heard another word. After much chasing Anglian said they would replace all the door bars. Engineer came, knew nothing about this, and told to put a bit of tape on, said needs 2 parts, 1 missing at manufacture. No confidence

    Quality is good but timescale to commence job needs to be improved.

    Composite door fitting

    Door was installed last August, it was not fitted correctly and wouldn’t lock properly, had a gap under the door and the fitter damaged the brick work. I complained 2 weeks later and they ignored my complaint until November, when they sent out another fitter, who agreed it was a hash job and needed refitting. I didn’t hear anything then until February, after multiple emails and calls. A manager finally came out and agreed it needed sorting. Then it went quiet again and no one came out until June & they denied an issue. Still not fixed and again no calls or emails. Would not buy from them

    Doors and installation

    Stole money! Took a deposit for 3 doors to be installed 7 days later. Ghosted for 4 weeks. Then were told wait another 8 weeks for the order to be processed. Requested a refund at this stage and were told “no, we don’t give refunds”. Since found others with similar nightmares with the company,

    Sold a Ferrari, delivered a Fiat!

    Literally shocking! from start to finish! (well, its still ongoing weeks later tbh!!) Sales person invades your home for 2.5hrs just to provide a simple 1 door quote! Sold a remarkable door, service, aftercare package...... delivered a door that had a broken lock, wasn't installed correctly, had screws missing holding the frame to the brickwork and allows light/breeze through in various places. Aftercare speaking to a 'manager' proved difficult due to their attempts to justify the errors! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANGLIAN WINDOWS TO ANYBODY!! Overpriced and under-delivered! Shocking experience
