Avoid Anglian!
Don't buy an Anglian 'Bespoke Living Space' with a solaroof! We wanted to convert our conservatory into an extension with a tiled roof, and were talked into the orangery roof by the sales advisor because the solaroof glass would keep it 'cool in Summer and warm in Winter'. We now experience temperatures ranging from 11.8°C in the winter and 39°C in the summer, which has affected the entire house. Anglian's customer service and legal department have refused to reply since April. The 2-3 week installation took 6 months and was riddled with mistakes, poor workmanship and cheap materials. Avoid!

UPVC Windows Installation

Poor service and after care was lacking
had a small window replaced with a floor to ceiling window by Anglian Home improvements. This strait forward 1 day job lasted over 1 year. The initial knock out and replacement tool 1 day. The quality was so poor with damage done to the house, carpets and external patio. In addition the base of the window was left without a windowsill and plastered by hand without the use of a strait edge. I complained via email and telephone with damming photos multiple times, but received no reply. Only when I went to their regulator did they respond. I also have never received an invoice.

Excellent customer service
We recently had all of our windows replaced by Anglian, including two bay windows, and we are extremely impressed with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Sunny, the sales representative, was professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, there was absolutely no pressure to make a decision. He kept us informed throughout every stage of the process and was always available to answer any questions. The installation team, John, Matthew and Stewart were fantastic. They arrived on time, were very considerate of our home, worked tidily, and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves e

Shocking dangerous and never ending
Had windows , door and soffits replaced! Too many faults to mention, had managers out to inspect and accept responsibility but getting them to do the repair was a different matter! Do your research on this company before signing any paperwork even for a quote, look up their history on various Facebook groups , itv and internet forums!

Terrible After Care
I had windows, garage door, soffits and fascia’s fitted. The sales team were fantastic and the installation went well. However, there were some issues with paint pitting on the windows and warping of the garage fascia. It took a year to get someone to fix it and got to the point where I had to threaten legal action for something that could have been solved very quickly. A number of years later, a couple of the cottage bars on my windows are falling off. This was reported months ago. Once again, no communication. I am still waiting a response.

Aluminium Windows Installation

Terrible company. Liars. They do not finish the job properly.
A terrible experience. I chose Anglian because I thought they were the best, and I spent a lot of money on the windows, but they turned out to be anything but. My front door still has problems. The handles on my windows don’t work. And once they took the money, they never came back. Don’t choose Anglian because they do poor-quality work, they don’t return, and they don’t provide a completion certificate at the end of the job.
