    Provision and installation of new front door

    The Anglian Home Improvements representative that called to discuss with me the provision and installation of a new front door arrived promptly at the time of our appointment. She listened to my requirements and then discussed the options and showed me examples of what was available. Having made my choice she calculated the price and sent an email the following day showing a breakdown of the schedule of works together with the terms and conditions. She was very professional in her approach and was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction.

    Windows, doors and sliding doors replacement.

    Paul arrived on time and was most friendly and accommodating – we have seven dogs which he had no problem with. His advice was appreciated, and his professionalism superb. He clearly understood the brief, and was able to transfer our requirements into his lap top computer with little difficulty. His initial quote was available instantly, and with a little ‘tweaking’ he was able to offer us a good discount with the recycling of our old doors and windows.

    Secondary glazing

    I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. I was hounded to make order and was lead to believe it would take 5-6 weeks to install. That was in November, it’s now January and I’ve been given an installation date of March! Have tried to cancel but no one is answering my emails. Unacceptable

    Anglian were in touch and their staff are friendly. They booked me in for a quote over teams however they don’t feel air, only replace and therefore I didn’t need to progress any further.

    Replace front door

    I was disgusted with the service. I had someone come to replace door took measurements and nearly 6-8 weeks later was told they couldn’t complete it only after me ringing them to ask when it would be done. Was then told it would be further 3 weeks before deposit returned

    Pushy sales tactics and three times the price

    I got a quote for five windows and one door. The salesman missed the appointment altogether and was then so late I had to cancel. He came a few days later and did a quote, then backtracked. After several pestering calls, texts and emails later - offered quote for lesser amount. Clearly they thought me a mug to begin with. I then got pressured calls, emails and texts repeatedly to sign this off over 48 hours, threatening price rises if I didn’t. Sick of this pushy way of doing business, I asked them to stop contacting me and complained about the process - to which I just got an “ok”

    Quote for new windows

    I was offered a free quotation and the next day roger from Anglian windows came, he explained all about the company and asked me if I wanted the same style of windows, then he worked out my quote, which I was very happy to accept. So I am now waiting for my order to be processed. I would recommend Anglian as every thing was so easy, even Andy the surveyor was polite and friendly and happy to answer any questions I may of had.
