  Triple Glazing Installation

  Terrible

  salesman who came to us and showed us a window which was the triple glazing window with special glasses which keeps the sun heat out during summer etc. Quoted us a price which was high so we didn’t go ahead with it. Sometime later I had a call from their office and asked why I didn’t go ahead with it so told them it was too expensive. He said he would look at it and let me know. Given a cheaper price, the price was more then what we were quoted for triple glazing from another company but as we thought we were getting better product of triple glazing from Anglian we didn’t mind paying more.

  UPVC Windows Installation

  Worst window company in the Uk! AVOID

  Don’t use this company! What was meant to be a 2 day install for windows and doors turned into 14 weeks, due to terrible workmanship poor planning & shocking managerial oversight. Damaged windows damaged frames, wrong windows installed, brick work so bad it needed removing completely and re doing, cowboys! 4 glass panes in the same window until finally one with no scratches wow! Managers in the midlands office are extremely unprofessional, all they care about is there bonuses, as soon as they are payed they don’t care about you anymore or the problems you have received or any impact on you!

  Double Glazing Installation

  Do not use Anglian home improvements

  Misold windows !! Our 20 year old windows were quieter than the rubbish they supply ! I’ve got video evidence of before and after but no one came out it took nearly a year for us to pay after they threatened my wife with court ! None of the windows were framed foamed they had to come back out remove all the trim to rectify this , yellow stains from the glue they to stick trim on !! Suction marks from the factory inside the glass that we can’t get off and we have vents filled with silicone ! This was the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with !!! You’ve been warned do not use this company 😡

  Terrible Customer Service

  My experience with Anglian's after-sales and service department regarding an installation at a property (Order Reference: S1/30464932, Service Reference: 4169588) has been nothing short of appalling. I first reported a critical safety and security defect—newly installed Juliet doors that fail to close or secure properly—on May 26, 2026. Although an engineer visit was promised free of charge shortly after, it has now been over two months of unreturned emails, generic automated brush-offs, and administrative incompetence. Leaving a property entirely insecure for months exposes the building and

  Conservatory Installation

  Very poor customer service

  We have issues with the door installed in our conservatory by Anglian. It is very difficult to open and is getting worse. We have contacted them several times over a number of months and been told that we would be contacted about a repair, but have heard nothing since.

  Orangeries

  Avoid Anglian!

  Don't buy an Anglian 'Bespoke Living Space' with a solaroof! We wanted to convert our conservatory into an extension with a tiled roof, and were talked into the orangery roof by the sales advisor because the solaroof glass would keep it 'cool in Summer and warm in Winter'. We now experience temperatures ranging from 11.8°C in the winter and 39°C in the summer, which has affected the entire house. Anglian's customer service and legal department have refused to reply since April. The 2-3 week installation took 6 months and was riddled with mistakes, poor workmanship and cheap materials.
