We live in Essex, but had an unusual situation in which we had to clear a deceased friend's house near Oswestry.  NWR Group were excellent in not just the work of clearing the house, but also liaising with us with respect to time schedules, catering for our circa 5 hour travel times before and after.  The lads are all very polite and hard-working.  No problem was too difficult!  I would certainly use NWR group again, and again!

The job worked out to be bigger than expected but Stef ploughed on, through the bank holiday weekend rain, until 7.30 pm to finish the job!

Deep cleaning of my elderly dad’s house 

Stef did a brill job of the roof but also unclogged a pipe connected to the drain which we weren’t aware was blocked.  Also took away the mud he’d pulled from the pipe!  Fantastic service, will defo hire again and recommend to family/friends

On the day, they worked quickly & consistently but considerately & carefully, They kept me informed along the way making sure I was ok with their actions on everything. Mark’s wife, Michelle did cleanup making the whole house look & smell amazing. Everyone was so efficient & tidy. At end of the job, we did walk through together to make sure I was happy with it.
