Very poor service- inconsistent service- I would not recommend
This review has nuance to it as this trade did do a great job cleaning one of the properties for us and for that I left a great review, but equally, I must be honest with my review of the second property. As the photos show, almost no cleaning at all was done. Major dirty places were left completely untouched, including floor, toilet walls, kitchen walls, cobwebs, electrical cupboard, and other things. Thank you for your constructive criticism, which I immediately tried to remedy. I asked to come back straight away to put it right, however you only gave me 10 minutes notice. My other offer was to offer my number to the Landlord to arrange a suitable time to come back. Then finally I arranged a refund for the majority of payment, albeit keeping £50 wages for the 3 hours clean which in fact should have been £250 for a part bio hazard clean due to the dead insects under the bed. Your partner made it clear when my cleaner arrived that he did not want the clean to go ahead, he wanted to do it .

Great job- Would reuse them for sure!
They cleaned our new home and the old one on the same day, the latter at very short notice and did a great job. We got the carpets shampooed, and you can tell from the lovely smell. They also identified an issue with the sink and recommended a plumber who attended the premises after just a few hours.
