The work was carried out to a reasonable standard.  However, I requested a slight adjustment and was told 'once payment is received I’ll have a look at making it more detailed.'
 Firstly, I felt that I was being treated as if I was untrustworthy (pay first) and secondly, I didn't hear from Issac again after I had paid.  This was extremely unprofessional and dishonest.  Advice - pay attention to your customer needs, be honest, and do what you say you will do.

Meter was smoking. CG Electrical agreed to send someone and two electricians arrived within the hour. They promptly disconnected and bypassed the faulty coin meter. Really courteous and took the time to explain the issue and the works.

Jason responded quickly, arranged a visit to scope the job up and give some recommendations on the options I had to install a new consumer unit.  He got the work booked in and completed quickly, and also accommodated for some changes in scope in the days before.  Easy, professional and reliable experience from both him and his colleague Luke, would use again.  Thanks both.

Consumer unit installation

They were great at testing a disconnected extractor and wiring and trunking from under the cabinets to the appliance and putting in an isolator.  The price was very reasonable for this.  The additional HVAC I asked them to do was quite poor.  They didn't seal the extractor unit and they didn't do a great seal at the wall and just squirted expanding foam in there.  I had to do most of the work on the HVAC myself.  I had to put more foam in to improve the seal at the wall.  Made it flush to the wall with filler and had to foil tape the inside of the hood and seal it with foil tape and buy it all

The electrical work and wiring was great but the HVAC was poor.

Needed an upgrade on lighting in the Bungalow just purchased and Jason and the team did a brilliant job start to finish.  Highly recommend.

Lighting upgrade

Jason was excellent.  Good communication, excellent attention to detail, turned up to look at the job and then do the work even though I wasn't able to meet him.  The work was done very well and he checked every detail with me before and during the job.  He was trustworthy and nice to deal with.  I would highly recommend his firm.

Dealing directly with Jason Wrights, the communication was simple, efficient, and professional.  Selling a property 30p miles from where I live was always going to be a challenge.  Selling a house 300 miles from home was always going to present challenges.  However when the buyer requested an electrical safety report, Jason responded quickly to each question raised.  He gave me a choice of dates available for him to carry out the survey and arrived on the day agreed.  He kept me informed of the outcome of his survey and provided the requisite paperwork as soon as he could.
