They did everything well and very tidy and efficient. Can't see anyone being dissatisfied if they get wright contractors to do any work. Once all work was carried out and tested certificate was issued and job done, I will definitely be calling on them again if I need any work doing and will be recommending them if anyone ask if I know of anyone. 251 characters remaining before I can submit a review so have to keep writing until characters are used up, didn't realise I'd have to write an S. Jason and his team have been brilliant. We have used them 3 times now. First to replace an old fuse box that was unsafe in our new property and then to replace lights, install additional sockets in rooms. Jason responded quickly, arranged a visit to scope the job up and give some recommendations on the options I had to install a new consumer unit. He got the work booked in and completed quickly, and also accommodated for some changes in scope in the days before. They were great at testing a disconnected extractor and wiring and trunking from under the cabinets to the appliance and putting in an isolator. The price was very reasonable for this. The additional HVAC I asked them to do was quite poor. They didn't seal the extractor unit and they didn't do a great seal at the wall and just squirted expanding foam in there. I had to do most of the work on the HVAC myself. I had to put more foam in to improve the seal at the wall. Made it flush to the wall with filler and had to foil tape the inside of the hood and seal it with foil tape and buy it allVerified reviewerJob location: LA4Response from Wright Contractors Ltd
Thank you for the review and we are sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the extractor ducting. I would like to mention that we did this free of charge after the initial works were complete (getting power to the old extractor) and we also followed your instruction to vent the extractor out of an old air brick and stated to you that we would do our best to seal the ducting however it would need additional patching as this isn’t our area of expertise. Dealing directly with Jason Wrights, the communication was simple, efficient, and professional. Selling a property 30p miles from where I live was always going to be a challenge. Selling a house 300 miles from home was always going to present challenges. However when the buyer requested an electrical safety report, Jason responded quickly to each question raised. He gave me a choice of dates available for him to carry out the survey and arrived on the day agreed.
