Unusually good plasterer since happy to do all of the preparatory work and bits that other plasterers don't want to do.  Will adapt to suit what you need doing, and since I am a very fussy builder I want it done properly the old solid way and to a high standard.  John sorted out all of the issues and did not finish until it was all done

Soundproofing a difficult bedroom !

I contacted Jon to have soundproofing installed on a party wall adjoining an AirBnB, which is sometimes noisy.  Jon was upfront and clear about everything from the first phone call, where he took time to explain soundproofing methods to me and gave me a rough idea of cost.  The work was carried out on time and the invoice was the same as the estimate.  Jon and his team were efficient, neat and reliable and cleaned up well after themselves.  The finishing work was of high standard and the soundproofing has solved the noise issue.

Jon and his team were thorough, friendly and helpful.  They went out of their way to complete the works prior to the arrival of the carpet fitters.  We were given detailed advice and our expectations were well managed.  Highly recommend!

Soundproofing between floors

The work was completed on time.  The finish was of a very high standard with great attention to detail.  The hall was left as found.  This review has been completed two months after completion because the management committee wanted to get feedback from a variety of hall users.  I am pleased to say all are very pleased with effectiveness of the acoustics panels.

Jonathan Hook of ESii was extremely helpful and professional from the time he was first contacted.  He was also very patient and cooperative when we kept on asking various questions about the installation to reassure ourselves that we were making the right decision.  The installation of the acoustic panels was done quickly and efficiently and are hardly noticeable.   The echo has gone.   We would highly recommend ESii

Our new village hall had a really bad echo which effected people using the hall.

ESii soundproofed our ground floor maisonette to make things easier for us and especially for the lower ground floor flat below us.  Jon and his team did such a lovely neat job, they were so polite, considerate and tidy while they carried out the work, and they made what was quite a big job feel as unobtrusive as it could possibly be.  We are all pleased with the soundproofing results too.  They carried out the work exactly as scheduled and were able to fit the job in quickly too.  Much appreciated and highly recommended!

Cavity wall insulation completed through the grant scheme - had to pay an administration fee. Surveyor had to look at property first. Did not have to wait long for work to be done - arrived on time, job was completed quickly and efficiently. Guarantee certificate received by email.

Had loft insulation fitted with this company.  I was initially happy with the product.  However the company are now not able to provide all of the documents I need to remortgage, making my property unmortgageable.  I have been in contact with them for the last 7 weeks trying to get all documentation however each time I am ignored for weeks at a time and they do not get in contact with me again.  Save yourself a lot of time and frustration, completely avoid this company.

Communicated well, provided good product information, came when they said they would, left the place tidy - no complaints!

Cavity wall insulation installation

I signed a contract with this company for loft insulation through the grant scheme, with a contribution from us, for removing existing boards.  Upon arriving, the worker mentioned that he hadn't been informed of the extras, left with no explanation, and I had to call them multiple times.  It turns out their surveyor (who spent 3 hours here) screwed up, and we're not eligible for the grant due to the current configuration of our loft (?!?).  

We paid for the work, received no alternative andwere left with a mess in our house and are trying to chase them down to get our money back.  Stay away!!!

Very quick response from the company to my request for loft insulation.  Job carried out within a week, as they had a cancellation.  The guys were very polite and efficient and the job took a couple of hours.  They cleaned up well after themselves.  No complaints at all.
