We was very pleased with the fast response Antony come out to our repair of the shower ,he was on time knew what the problem was and now working again.

Checked shower for several issues said he wasn’t ?? sure but would order new part .  Came back to put new part in .  Didn’t see the part or the box it should be in or given a receipt.  Put the part in then said he thought it was my boiler .  So the problem was not fixed .Found him very unsure of what he was doing didn’t seem to know what he was doing but left my bathroom soaking wet and my stop tap leaking

We had been without hot water to our shower for nearly a week. Two days after contacting plumb247, he had ordered us a new shower and had a guy come out to fit it.
The guy who came to fit our shower, Mo, was a credit to the company- he was friendly, polite and explained the whole process to us. 
The manager Siraj ensured our job was done as quickly and efficiently as possible and worked around us.
We really appreciate the work, and will be recommending you to others.

Arrived 1hr 30 mins late, arrived with no tools in a domestic car, walked into my house and within 5 minutes told me it was rising damp and tried to charge me £50 for "diagnosing" when we know it is not rising damp.  Absolutely do not use

Detect a leak

Our plumber was lovely and helpful.  He remained cheerful even though we were difficult to locate!  He even followed up to make sure things were okay.  I was impressed by how quickly the job was done after posting my request.

Repairing the hot and cold tap in the bathroom

I had a leaking tap in the kitchen.  Siraj first tried to find a part with a washer to fix it, but they are no longer available.  So he suggested a new kitchen tap and showed me some designs for me to choose from, then went to buy it and fitted it.  He explained what he was doing and why it was necessary

He kept me up to date with his plans and ideas and timings using WhatsAp.  He put everything back that he had removed from the cupboard under the sink while working.  He was a pleasant and courteous person.

Fitting kitchen taps

Prompt and efficient.  Siraj got in touch and seemed to have a good idea of what the problem could be after a short conversation with me and gave an estimate.  This was comparable to other estimates for this job.  Callum came out 2 days later as agreed.  He was very polite and professional and got the job done!  Would definitely recommend.

Mike was prompt for our meeting.  He carried out the investigation of a broken pipe with a CCTV.  His approach was professional and informative.  The problem was identified.  At the moment I'm not in a position to proceed with the repair but I will certainly use Mike in the future.
