  Leaking bath

  Absolutely top-notch service. Came out to fix a leak on my bath and I couldn’t be happier. Such a lovely guy – friendly, chatty, and professional from start to finish. What really stood out was the customer service; I sent message after message (on a bank holiday, no less), and he replied to every one without complaint. He didn’t have to do that, but it just shows the level of care and dedication. Genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had with a tradesperson. Highly recommend!

  Leak on toilet

  On the positive side, the company responded very quickly and were the only one to get back to me. They had someone out within the timescale promised. However, they did not fix the problem. They fitted a new seal that was far too big and went a bit overboard with silicone sealant, I think in an attempt to fill gaps. The old seal that they said was defective has now been replaced by another plumber and the leak has stopped.
