  Emergency Plumber Service

  Posted 5 days ago

Same day call out and did a brilliant job

I had abit of an emergency with wayer leaking through my light fitting. Intially tried the company who service my boiler but they dont do general plumbing. Used checkatrade and saw plumb247 with lots of good reviews. Phoned it and spoke to Siraj, listened to my concern and came same day and sorted the leak and replaced parts all for the price he'd already quoted on the phone initially. Saved me a massive plastering job. Professional, clean, good at explaining what had happened. Even messaged me the next day to check all was okay. 100% me recommended.

  Water Supply Pipe Repairs

  Replacement of broken stopcock

The company were exemplary from start to finish, ultra quick to respond and communication all the way through was exceptional. They completed the job that at least 4 other companies had refused to attempt, and did it very professionaly and with no fuss. The engineer was extremely friendly and put us at ease on a job that could have turned to have been a major issue. Despite the stopcock being in a very awkward and difficult position to work on and on an old and short lead pipe with no play, he still charged us the lowest price of the estimate quoted. Will use again in a heartbeat and have already recommended him to two people. A pleasure to do business with, can't say anymore.

  Swift response to plumbing emergency

I was very impressed with the plumber, Siraj who contacted me after I posted on Facebook asking for urgent help, as my only toilet cistern had cracked and flooded my bathroom. Checkatrade responded and I was relieved that Siraj was concerned that I would be without my toilet. He offered to come later the same day. He quoted a fair price to supply and fit a new toilet. He sent a photo of the toilet but I agreed to upgrade it. He arrived as agreed and I was happy with his work. He was very polite and respectful. I would definitely recommend him. Thanks Checkatrade.com
