I have nothing but admiration for Duncan and his company .I needed a boiler service prior to sale of home , I contacted him and within 15 minutes he responded and booked my service in .He duly came on the date requested and even texted to give arrival time which helped enormously .  A full service on the boiler was completed and he was very efficient and tidied up after himself .  Duncan was extremely professional and courteous and a credit to his company , I have no hesitation in recommending this company for the excellent and exceptional quality of workmanship.

DT Heating have serviced (and repaired when necessary) our boiler and fire for the last two years.  This year they also completed replacement of a faulty radiator valve.  Each time Callum has completed the work.  He texts before arrival and arrives promptly.  He is very pleasant and friendly, answering any questions I have about the work.  Callum takes time to check that everything is in working order before leaving and has always cleared up after himself.  Payment is quick and easy with a card reader and invoice/service reports sent to email.  Would definitely recommend

The people from the company were really friendly, fast replies to all communications and they gave me a quote for moving the gas connection and relocation of the cooker within the day. I can’t have the work done yet, but would certainly go back to them once I’m ready to make the changes. Thanks!

Contacted them as emergency, arranged for plumber to come out following day parts needed, came following day with parts and fixed problem, Chris was amazing very professional and efficient would definitely use this company again.

The plumber kept me informed about the job completion. They were nice and polite. Work was completed in a timely fashion. 

Replacing thermostat and pipes to radiator 

We had a leak underneath the kitchen sink.
We were given a slot between 2pm and 5pm The plumber turned up slightly after 12 -good think we were home as they didn’t advise they would be over that early.
The strainer was replaced and we were told not to use the sink  until next day.
When we ran the water this morning it wouldn’t drain down the sink at all and there was still a leak.
I tried to call the company but there was no answer and no option to leave them a message .
We were also not issued a document for the payment of £90 although we were promised one.
Extremely frustrating experience.
