Michael was really helpful in reassuring me that my drains were functioning whilst removing any debris in the main waste pipe. He also helped seal an area of concern and drew my attention to an unrelated issue and its causation. I found this a very helpful experience and my knowledge of my drains has improved.

Fast and effective job

This company have wonderful customer service but they aren't ideal for things like fitting a bathroom as they operate as an emergency service they charge call-out fees to do site fees and receive a quote. When I spoke to the customer service agent she informed me that the money paid could be used towards the work carried out but if you choose another service you will lose eighty pounds just for the quote. It seems ideal for emergency plumbing but not for fitting services. Just something I wanted to make others aware of.

Great for an emergency service but not for general labour work

Dan the gas man came round and sorted our service. He was very friendly, professional and sorted it quickly. Would definitely recommend

I was able to book an appointment quickly with Will. He advised me a an ETA on the day and also a courtesy message 30 minutes before arrival.

Work was completed efficiently and for a good price. Would definitely recommend.

Leaking toilet 

Will is a great plumber.   He communicates well and the standard of work is excellent.   No problems at all and highly recommend Redworc Plumbing.  

Bathroom and general repair work

Will booked us in really quickly and charged a very reasonable price to remove our radiator.  I’d recommend Will and use his services again!

Removal of radiator

I needed someone to remove the Bemis toilet seat for us.  I have tired to take off the plastic nut, but I have been unable to remove the plastic nut.  Hence I need some help to remove the old toilet seat and fit a new one.  Reached out to a couple of trades people during Saturday evening and Redworc Plumbing reached out first.  Plus they were able to come out on a Sunday afternoon

Richard was prompt and did a good job replacing the tap.  He was pleasant and did a neat tidy job.  I'd recommend him.

Replace kitchen mixer tap

Richard came to investigate a "leak" from the water tank. It was condensation and he suggested I contact the company that installed the boiler. But I then asked him to replace the toilet in the bathroom. The work was  carried out quickly and thoroughly. Very pleased.

I could not fault Richard' services, attended to give a quote, and proposed the most cost-effective solution.  Unfortunately, the replacement valve was not available as the shower was very old.  Richard quickly looked at alternatives, I was given a quote, we fixed a day to carry out the work and the work was completed as discussed.   It has been a pleasure to engage Richard.

Water conditioner installation and stop tap change

Adrian was a pleasure to deal with.  He replied quickly to messages to arrange the appointment and provided a very reasonable price (compared to two other plumbers, who then failed to turn up!).  He carried out the work efficiently, and even though the work took longer than expected, did not ask for extra money.  In addition, he provided guidance in respect of a couple of other issues as well.  I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
