Hired for an outdoor tap, communication and job was greet.  The job was completed within half an hour.  Only thing I would nitpick is the tap is slightly off centre.  But the job from start to finish was quick, professional and reliable.

From my first phone conversation I felt confidence in Dan, 
He made every effort to get to me to check out the problem, I was expecting to wait over the weekend but he called in on the Friday following a previous job and had taken the time to call for two parts, as it was unclear which one needed.  He remained quite late on the Friday to complete the task and reassured me he would sort out the bill over the weekend - no panic over payment.  Very friendly and a pleasure to chat with as he completed the repair, ensured all was OK before leaving , thank you Dan

Replacing a diverted valve on valiant boiler

Contractor was quick to attend initial call out and polite at all times, follow up visits and boiler installation were booked generically as a date but no time which was difficult to accommodate around work, but the contractor was happy to return quickly when an error code appeared a few days later.   Disappointed that initial replacement boiler model agreed wasn’t suitable for LPG so have to be exchanged on the day to a different brand, not leaving much of an option to change as no other boiler available that day.   Happy to have the new boiler installed so quickly, with little disruption.

Above is a boiler and cylinder installation . The customer previously had a Combi boiler in their house . The house had 2 bathrooms  plus 1 en-suite. They struggled to get enough hot water when using more than one tap at one time . The cylinder now gives them enough hot water to run all taps at the same time , never running out of hot water . ??????

Very impressed with the work carried out by Anthony and the team. Contacted with 10 minutes, out the next day to look at the issue and fitted the new boiler the next day. Very happy and would use again if needed.

Anthony and his team were excellent.  The oil boiler and radiators were beyond economical repair.  Anthony provided provided all the necessary information so we could make an informed decision to install a new oil boiler and 12 radiators.  Swansea Gas and Oil completed the project in three working days.  Anthony was polite, helpful and punctual.  If there were difficulties he kept us in the loop.  I found Anthony and his colleague to be hardworking, conscientious and enthusiastic in their work ethic.  Cost was within budget.  I have no hesitation in recommending Swansea Gas And Oil to others.

Called last week for a boiler service.  Michael attended during the time he stated and happy with the service carried out for £80.  Very helpful in explaining the previously incorrect settings which should now save a bit of money on the bills!
