  Replaced a faulty pump and got our boiler working again

  fitting a new shower

  Initially great. Instantly got a message from the company so called and spoke to a lady who took my details and i felt like things were going well. I was asked to send a video of the shower so they could get a quote done for me. Great. Gave them a follow up call. No answer..... Called again and sent text. Still no answer. 3 days on and no contact from the company. Feels like i've been ghosted before i even get a quote. Very disappointing

  Good communication with the company. The plumber arrived when requested. He conducted himself very professionally and clearly knew what he was doing. He made my mother feel at ease as she doesn't like strangers in the house. Overall an excellent experience. Competitive pricing too.
