Absolutely amazing job couldn’t fault the team, we now have an amazing open plan kitchen/ dinner, full chimney breast removed, entire central heating replacing storage heating and stunning new bathroom! Would rate martin and his team 100/10. Will definitely be using for future home improvements - already booked back in for all new internal door AMAZING!  Also excellent value for money 👍🏽

Martin and the team were ready, punctual, and professional throughout the entire project.  The team are extremely tidy and kept me up to date with all of the eventualities and occurrences throughout the project The team also work very accommodating when asking for small minor changes during the project and we were left with an outstanding new functional room that is built to an outstanding quality.  Amazing work guys would definitely recommend.

Martin and his team were great from the start.  Very punctual and great communication throughout.  I was very impressed how tidy they were, considering i'd had a wall removed, everything was cleaned by them.  Would definitely use again in the future and recommend to anyone wanting any sort of work undertaken.  5 star

Good contact from Dan regarding when the work would start and even though the weather was against them, the job was completed in the timescales stated.

Concreting a yard

Dan kept us up to speed with each phase of the project and was able to prioritise the job when it became obvious that, in order to keep the property secure, work would need to be carried out quickly.   When there were unforeseen complications, Dan worked with us to keep things on schedule and any additional costs as low as possible.   We'd definitely ask him and the company to work on any additional projects we may have.

Rebuilding exterior wall

I couldn’t say Lux were anything less than perfect.  Dan ran the job for us and everything went so smoothly which is uncommon with most builders I’ve used ,on time everyday , work ethic second to none , no mess left behind he even jet washed the full job at the end and the finished product was unbelievable .  Will definitely be using Lux again.   Couldn’t recommend lux enough

Porcelain Patio

After 4 other companies failed to attend to carry out the work Dan and his colleague arrived early to start the work.  The work was done to a great standed and also Dan overcome the problem of doing the steps and the results were outstanding.  Would go as far to say Dan did a amazing job from start to finish giving that the resin went down first but matched everything in great ??.   Would have no problem it putting Dan and his company forward to carry out any work in the future ??.  Gives 100 per cent and takes pride in his work and takes the extra time to get it right first time everytime.

The lads turn up on time to do the job tiered up after themselves and completed the job on time.

Dan and his crew carried out the work to a very good standard, better than a previous job done by a different firm identified by Checkatrade.  All three of the team were friendly and helpful especially where minor changes were identified and required.  I would certainly recommend Lux Building Services without any hesitation; the only tip being to ensure that you have a good supply of sugar in your kitchen cupboard!!

Came to quote bathroom, met us down the suppliers to allow us to pick what we wanted and give us opinions on what goes best with what!  Booked into diary on the spot.  Parts all arrived within the agreed time.  The lads took a key which allowed me to continue my normal routine with work!  Carpets protected and all rubbish removed from house each day.  I got daily updates on what had been done and what was next on the list.  All completed within the agreed time.  We not only used the plumbing side of the company, but also had electric work and brick work completed.  10/10.  All Property respected.

Bathroom renovation

The work involved the removal of a steel bath, plus toilet, wash basin and radiator followed by the installation of a wall-to-wall shower area with cladding panels to wall and ceiling, new toilet, wash basin, toilet and radiator.  Each stage of the job was done well, from preparation of the estimate by Brett, to carrying out the work by Dan.  We were kept informed of arrival times throughout the process and these were always accurate.  Dan was particularly good at understanding our needs and sorting out answers without being flustered!  The quality of the finished work is excellent.

Bathroom refit

We were very nervous about getting work done in our home.  The value of the works meant we had to choose the right company, when we first met Liam we were instantly at ease.  He explained the full possess and even helped us with the architect plans and structural calculations.  The project was not without its complications but the lads easily over came all issue and kept us informed without the full build.  We our every pleased with the out come and glad we put our trust into TRS.

Extension

Nice and friendly lads, Good communication with Liam and Callum throughout the project, Very clean and tidy.  Will be using again to get our kitchen renovated later in the year.  10/10 from us!

Garage Conversion

Excellent communication from day one.  They did exactly as we asked and at a fair price.  The lads were friendly and approachable, we felt very comfortable with them in our home.  We absolutely love our new kitchen and will be returning for more work in the future.  Highly recommend!
