Joe and and his team have just completed a an suite renovation.  I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.  They completely gutted our bathroom the tradesmen that Joe uses were extremely professional and did a great job they were tidy and clean and couldn’t have asked for more.  Very pleased with the job.

Having failed to find a plumber via local recommendations, I tried CheckaTrade for the first time..  JMR responded immediately and answered my subsequent call straight away.  I got an appointment first thing next day.  Clark phoned me to let me know he was en route and arrived exactly on time.  He turned out to be a really friendly, efficient and conscientious worker.  The job was a bit tricky but he went to every length to get it fixed, even coming back the next day ( a Saturday) to make sure it was OK !.  I really couldn't recommend JMR highly enough and have already passed their details on.

The company was honest, thorough and kept to their word. They were upfront about costs, and when they said they'd call within 10 mins they actually did. The plumber showed up when they said he would. The plumber was lovely, considerate, quick and courteous. Overall 777 helped me when I was overwhelmed and in a bind. They didn't try and rip me off or seek further work but actually advised me as to the best next steps for me and my budget. Super thrilled with their service!

Tom arrived on time. He located the problem and fixed it effciently then demonstrated he had done a good job no more leaks.Tom was pleasant and efficient .

Easy enough to book and came out as planned. Fixed the issue but possibly only temporarily and pulled the cupboard apart, broken it, left it pulled apart and left rubbish and parts lying around

Dan was really helpful and was able to unblock both my kitchen and bathroom sink in no time. Thank you very much I really appreciate it.

Excellent service all round.  Dan, a lovely plumber, came when we were told and assessed the job, advised us to get a new tap of our choosing and agreed to return and fit it. No charge for this visit! Returned as agreed and replaced the tap in about 30 minutes - was very cheerful, tidy, helpful - and exceptionally good value.
Totally recommended - great service, great value and really fast to respond.

En Suite, Bathroom, Cloakroom and Utility Room Plumbing

Alex has now carried out three jobs for me on different occasions, all of which I am really pleased with.   1.  New radiator installed to a new position.  2.  Responded to an emergency when undersink Ubend fell apart when the dishwasher was on, which caused flooding.  3.  Fixed kitchen tap which was suddenly very lose.  In all cases he was diligent, communicative, polite and professional.  I have recommended him to a friend who was also pleased with his work ethic and professionalism.  I would not hesitate to recommend him further.

Bathroom/Kitchen work

Alex agreed to drop by on his way back from another job in the early evening.  He was very courteous, considerate and tidy.  He identified the problem and found the appropriate replacement part in his box in the van.  It took him very little time to complete, he explained exactly what he'd done and resolved our problem.  His charge (including parts) was very reasonable - billed online - and we'd have no hesitation in using his services again if needed.

Repair to toilet cistern - urgently needed

Alex was great.  All his work was first class , nothing was too much trouble.  If he says he will come he does.  Very reliable.  We were so pleased with his work we asked him back to fit a shower.

Turned out to be quite a big job. Leaky pipe in floor which took some time as it wasnt an easy job but Dan & Andy sorted it. Very reliable, it was for my elderly parents. Updated them with what he was doing,  was very respectful and friendly approach.
I will definitely recommend Dan & Andy and will use again in future.

These were two professional men doing an excellent job.  Nothing was too much trouble and they worked around my husband’s needs with understanding and respect.  Possibilities around completing the work were clearly outlined and problems they encountered (old plumbing!) were approached with understanding for us and total commitment to doing the best job they could.  They left the workspace in pristine condition.  We have absolutely no hesitation in giving Dan and Andy our highest recommendation
