Installing new radiator.

Alex has now carried out three jobs for me on different occasions, all of which I am really pleased with. 1. New radiator installed to a new position. 2. Responded to an emergency when undersink Ubend fell apart when the dishwasher was on, which caused flooding. 3. Fixed kitchen tap which was suddenly very lose. In all cases he was diligent, communicative, polite and professional. I have recommended him to a friend who was also pleased with his work ethic and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend him further.

Repair to toilet cistern - urgently needed

Alex agreed to drop by on his way back from another job in the early evening. He was very courteous, considerate and tidy. He identified the problem and found the appropriate replacement part in his box in the van. It took him very little time to complete, he explained exactly what he'd done and resolved our problem. His charge (including parts) was very reasonable - billed online - and we'd have no hesitation in using his services again if needed.
