Callum was polite and courteous during the whole visit.  The appointment was made and confirmed via email, Callum accommodated visiting with our time request, was on time and very nice.  He conducted the work efficiently and I received an bill of receipt and safety certificate that same afternoon.  I picked a small company as often more reliable and was not disappointed.

Prime Time did an excellent and cost effective install. I genuinely thank Harry and Jordan for the hard work and care they took throughout. They needed more time to do the work and Prime Time did not charge a penny more because their priority was to deliver the install with a level of standard - whikst ensuring pipes were not visable, and placed where I wanted them.

I got an excellent service around from Jamie in sales, through to booking the install.

After our first contact, George came to our house very quickly to look at and give us a price for the job. He also gave us what turned out to be excellent advice on the type of replacement boiler we could have and also recommended a new thermostat system.

When he arrived to do the job, exactly when he said he would, he carried out the new boiler and thermostat fitting quickly, efficiently and extremely neatly, also clearing up completely at the end of the job. The price was also exactly as he had quoted. After my experience, I can recommend this company completely and without question.

Fitting a new boiler.

Wilson Plumbing and Heating was quick with communications and getting over to fault find my failed boiler.  After going through several options with me between repairs and replacements, I decided to go with the new boiler option (more cost effective).  The install was quick and extremely neat, fully tested in front of me, took me through the whole setup, warranty, etc.  I would highly recommend George and his team and will use them for all future work. George contacted me very quickly after posting the job and was able to provide a quote from photos of my existing set up.   The work was then booked in for a week later and completed by Graeme who did an excellent job and left the bathroom spotless.
