Overall, good company to work with. Gareth and chaps were all lovely. Gave a heads up when they would be round, which is always handy. Done the job efficiently.

Clearly explained the options for resolving the problem. In view of future building work they recommended the low cost option. The work was carried out and has resolved the issue. An added plus was that during the whole process they kept us fully informed regarding arrival times etc.

Repair to leaking hot water pipe

I moved into a house that needed a lot of work carried out. Gareth and  his team, many family members and tradesmen he personally recommended.  It was important to me to discuss how I wanted things done, to work together and come up with some clever solutions. We could discuss costs openly. Work was carried out to a high standard, including plumbing, shower, installation of front/back door, ground works, patio, and carpentry. We got to know the family. House Renovations 

Gareth and his team attended to replace a complete drainage system. What I thought was just a blocked drain, but after they cleared the blockage it soon become apparent as to why it was blocked. The bottom of manhole and pipe had completely collapsed.
What great workers, they were clean & tidy, speedy & on time, were here when they said they’d be here and the quality of work is great, kept us informed of the progress all the way though from start to finish. 
You wouldn’t even know they’ve been as the drive was put back so well too.

Issue was identified quickly.  Parts were not available on the van so they came back first thing the following day.

Exceptionally pleased in all respects.  From the initial contact Ricky ticked all the boxes and his prompt arrival was the icing on the cake.  We couldn`t have asked for a more professional, polite and efficient plumber.  Our loft space isn`t the biggest which made both our loft tank ball valve replacements all the more impressive.  We can highly recommend Mr Thurlow and wouldn`t hesitate to use him again.

All work was done to a very high standard and completed on schedule, within budget and with no surprise "extras". Tom was very accommodating, communicative and obviously took pride in the work done. Thoroughly recommended on the basis of our experience and we'd definitely use again.

New bathroom fitted, one wall tiled, new extractor fan installed and newflooring throughout.

The old shower enclosure was removed with minimum fuss and the new enclosure installed.  A few more visits were required to remedy a troublesome leak until it became evident that the fault lay in the manufacture of one of the enclosure panels.  The problem was then immediately resolved.

Have always found it a struggle to find a reliable tradesman be it plumber, electrician, carpet fitter etc..
I can now tick the box for a reliable plumber who has excellent standards of both work and communication..  can’t fault this company and will use and recommend them from now on five stars all round.

Various plumbing work

The work undertaken although adequate (everything eventually worked) was not of a very high standard.  Communication was not always very good with changes made without checking first including ordering an extra (expensive) wall panel.  Given the quote was above what we felt was the going rate we hoped this meant a 1st class job.  However we are quite disappointed with the work quality, especially the fitting of wall panels and the noticeably misaligned bath.  TS did a good job in hiring and coordinating the efforts of a good plasterer and carpenter for some of the work.

Replaced 3 radiators in our house and the work was done just as we expected.  We have used this company before and have always found them very helpful, friendly and always keep in touch if circumstances beyond their control means that the work gets delayed.  This company is reliable where others in the past haven't been.
