No pride in outcome
Very disappointed in the quality of workmanship. A discount was offered as we were let down 4 times before starting the job but not honoured. Panels poorly matched, LVT floor not stuck down. Panels chosen and paid for 2 months previously not available and told after bathroom removed we had a choice of 2 styles but original/mismatch trim still used. Tom sent Liam to do snags with no materials and never took responsibility for the finished job which is embarrassing.

Could be better
Plumbing side was good. Communication was a total shocker, really did not fill me with confidence at all. Cleanliness could have been better.. I will not elaborate to much, but if they sorted these issues out, it would get a better rating from me. UNFORTUNATELY THE WORK WAS LEFT UNFINISHED.

New bathroom fitted, one wall tiled, new extractor fan installed and newflooring throughout.
All work was done to a very high standard and completed on schedule, within budget and with no surprise "extras". Tom was very accommodating, communicative and obviously took pride in the work done. Thoroughly recommended on the basis of our experience and we'd definitely use again.

Shower Installation

Shower enclosure installation.
The old shower enclosure was removed with minimum fuss and the new enclosure installed. A few more visits were required to remedy a troublesome leak until it became evident that the fault lay in the manufacture of one of the enclosure panels. The problem was then immediately resolved.

Various plumbing work
Have always found it a struggle to find a reliable tradesman be it plumber, electrician, carpet fitter etc.. I can now tick the box for a reliable plumber who has excellent standards of both work and communication.. can’t fault this company and will use and recommend them from now on five stars all round.
