Having posted the request for the jobs, Nelson from Smart Fencing was the only person to visit before quoting.  His quote was based on the type of fence I had requested (strangely some quotes seem to ignore that) of close board fencing with concrete posts.  He then turned up a week later and his team were tidy, polite and worked solidly whilst here.  The fence is a great improvement and I am sure will last for years.

Even in appalling weather conditions they worked tirelessly to complete the work.  I have a greenhouse by the fence and they took great care not to damage  it and ensured I was happy to have any shrubs trimmed back to fit the new fence.  

I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Steve carried out work to replace the fence around back garden and down the side of my house with new concrete posts, concrete gravel boards and new panels.  He also levelled a section of garden, fitted a spur to support the damaged fence between mine and neighbours, closed off a gap in fencing at the front and fitted a new gate at the front.  Steve worked hard in spite of the awful weather when he first arrived which made the job harder.  There were some minor issues as we went along (as can happen with bigger jobs) but all were resolved with Steves help.  Overall very happy with the job
