  Initially looked great but developed an issue.

  Following on from my initial review I had picket fencing installed to the front of my property. Couldn’t fault the installation and it looked amazing. I paid promptly and left a great review. Literally 1.5 weeks later I have 2 pickets with buckling issues which are very noticeable. Having been told at the quote stage that they are covered by a guarantee I contacted the company twice over 3 weeks before they came back to me informing me it was due to the extreme heat and so they would replace them at an extra cost to myself! This has left me disappointed, it’s a real shame.

  New Shed Installed- excellent service

  Recent installation of a new garden shed. Very pleased with the work. Ralph and Wolfey worked really hard. They were professional, polite, timely and efficient. It was a difficult build, and they put in a long shift working without a break. They were pleasant and mindful of my property. I was impressed by them.   Very happy customer

  From my initial enquiry Nelson was quick to call me and come to view the job. It was clear that he was experienced and listened to what I wanted and offered expert advice. The price quoted was fair and competitive and my new picket fence was installed 3 weeks later. Nelson and his team were respectful of my property, carried out all works to a high standard and left in a tidy condition.. I would definitely use again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

  Nelson and his team just installed a fence and a new side gate for us and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The fence and gate both feel incredibly sturdy and I am confident both will pass the test of time. Nelson responded quickly to my online enquiry and promptly came out to provide a quote. The job was completed on time and for the agreed price. The work was carried out to a very high standard and exceeded our expectations. At no stage did it feel like they were rushing to get off to “the next job”. We are thrilled with the results and would definitely recommend using them.

  Highly professional service from Smart Fencing

  I highly recommend Smart Fencing. Nelson and his team installed new fencing and gates at my home and did a very professional job. Nelson initially came out to provide the quote and explained in great detail our options and how the the work would be carried out. The end result is a very professional installation and my garden was left very tidy when the work was complete. I would certainly use Nelson and Smart Fencing again.

  Excellent Customer Service and Workmanship combined with Competitive Pricing

  19m FENCE SUPPLIED AND FITTED BY SMART FENCING I do not normally write reviews but felt I had to on this occasion! I was very impressed with the approach towards customer service provide by Phil following my initial enquiry. Appointment booked and I was visited by Nelson. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. His pricing was competitive and there was no pressure to sign up there and then. The combination of Phil and Nelson's approach provided me with the confidence to go ahead with them. Move on two weeks, I have my new fence and I am really pleased. Thank you!
