Clearing blocked drain outside kitchen 

Online interaction was easy and quick.  Michael handled several telephone calls to arrange timing.  Service was provided by Dean (lead) and Ben (assistant).  Came as promised, set up and diagnosed the issue quickly.  Tried to manually rod the blockage but were unable to do so with the U-shaped interceptor.  Utilised the high pressure water blast system and resolved the blockage almost immediately. Complete job took ~30 minutes.  Very satisfied with the service.  thanks.

I needed a new soakaway and was very hesitant as to which firm to ask. I went for Flow Drainage and had Dean and Ben who worked their socks off installing my soakaway in wet weather! They answered every question I asked, no question was too small or silly and they cleared up after the work was finished! I would recommend Flow Drainage and if necessary, have them again!

Posted job on Check-a-Trade, received a phone call in about a minute and their person was polite, friendly and trustworthy sounding that I gave them the job straight away. The team arrived within schedule and the job was completed within half an hour. All finished just over 5 hours after I had posted the job.

Ben came out and advised me on the job.  He didn't charge for the call out because he said it was the job of South West Water.  He was polite, courteous and respectful of the property.  His advice saved me paying out money as SWW did the job for free, so I am very grateful.

Unblocking drains

Once the blockage was identified as the main drain, Ben had no hesitation about telling me that the work should be carried out by South West Water.  I would not have known this, and he could have done the job and billed me, but he straight away told me I could get it done for free from SWW, and didn't even charge for a call-out fee, despite it being a rainy and windy evening.  He was polite friendly and honest.  Brilliant!

I was having problems with blocking in my sewer system.  I called flux to see if they could come out to see what the problem was.  Ben came out very quickly and was extremely polite and friendly.  He identified the problem very quickly and explained that part of the pipe had broken which was causing the issue.  Ben explained to me what would be required to fix the problem and also explained how this process works.  Ben did the work there and then and we have had no issues since.  Fantastic service all round from Ben.  If you have any drain issues don’t hesitate to give flux sewer a call.

Tom came along, assessed the situation and tried to unblock the system.  However, he established that the blockage was further down the line of this communal system and outside my boundary. He advised to contact Thames Water, which I have done and they are coming on Monday.

2 very polite and friendly men arrived following a call to the office on the same day. They looked at the issue, explained the problem and what was required to fix it and got straight to work. Pressure hose unblocking was required which added to the overall cost. The only downside of the experience was the high cost but the work undertaken was done to a high standard.

Cooper's Drainage Solutions

Discovered a disconnected soil pipe in void under ground floor.  Tried a few companies who were either unwilling to help or didn't follow up.  Should have gone straight to Cooper's Drainage solutions.  Answered promptly, and were very proactive about fixing the issue.  Darren and Josh very pleasant to deal with and sorted it all out.  Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and know exactly where to go for any future problems.
